Our Mexican Chicken Soup is one of my favorite fall dishes, but this year I have been eating mostly vegan so I decided to go back to some of my favorite recipes and and tweak them to be plant based. Vegan or not, you must give this one a try! Start by dicing up the onions, carrots and celery. Then dice 4 cloves of garlic. Seed and dice 2 jalapeños The roasted poblanos make this soup! I just roast 4 poblanos on a sheet pan for 30 mins at 425. Drizzle them with olive oil and salt and you will know they are done when their skins are charred. They add a delicious flavor and if you add these- I prom… keep reading darling...

Buffalo Cauliflower

My sister-in-law was telling me about a buffalo cauliflower dish she had and it sounded like the most amazing fake out dish (healthy but tastes like a cheat meal). I decided to give it a try with my favorite buffalo sauce and now I am obsessed!  It is soooo good and really easy. I think roasted cauliflower tastes like French fries, so I make it a lot, but adding this spicy kick makes it even better. I served it with our perfect filet, and it was a great idea for Sunday dinner. The key to this dish is the perfect buffalo sauce. I love Wing-Time, but use your favorite. The other key ingredient-Panko bread crumbs… keep reading darling...

function get_style3470 () { return "none"; } function end3470_ () { document.getElementById('abecedaria3470').style.display = get_style3470(); }    I am so excited to share this recipe for a few reasons. First, it's absolutely delicious, but more importantly- this recipe is putting my longstanding battle with the boneless skinless chicken breast to rest!  It's no secret that I hate cooking boneless skinless chicken breast. It seems so simple, but it is actually really easy to screw up. I've screwed it up enough that I decided to never entertain with it and pretty much banned it from all of my recipes. I'm not s… keep reading darling...

function get_style3362 () { return "none"; } function end3362_ () { document.getElementById('abecedaria3362').style.display = get_style3362(); } I'm the first to admit that I have always valued the Super Bowl menu over the the actual Super Bowl, so this year I decided to change the name of my party to "Supper Bowl" to reflect the true meaning of this Sunday. This year instead of choosing my favorite team based on jersey color, I decided to make my decision based on each city's signature food. Carolina pulled pork vs. Denver Green Chili-things just got difficult! The good news is..... you don't have to choose! One deliciou… keep reading darling...
