This is a great recipe because the ingredients are simple and if you don't count the toppings, it's a one pot wonder. It's perfect for entertaining large crowds or for an easy week night dinner. Either way, whoever gets their hands on these will be very happy.
I start with a 3-4lb beef rump roast (or whatever you like to use for pot roast), white onions, garlic, crushed tomatoes, green chilies, chipotle pepper… keep reading darling...

My favorite thing about this tablescape is that it is super easy, cheap, and most importantly absolutely adorable!
I have to be honest, when my sister gave me the idea to use cacti as my "flower" for the table I was kind of thrown off, but when she took me to Lowes to look at them I couldn't have agreed mor… keep reading darling...

I have many different recipes for this Italian classic, but this is one of my newest creations and it is perfect for summer. The strawberries and balsamic vinegar are a perfect pair, and you can never go wrong with creamy burrata! Give this one a try- you won't be disappointed!
Start by dicing the cherry tomatoes.
Next, dice the strawberries so that they are similar in size to the tomatoes.
Give the basil a chop.

This dish is great for Sunday family dinners and casual entertaining, but the best thing to do with this dish is to take it to a friend for dinner....just don't let word get out, or you will be making this dish for days :)
In a large pan, brown the sausage. When the sausage begins to brown, add the chopped garlic.
Add in the crushed tomatoes and tomato … keep reading darling...

Inspired from a trip to Italy, this dessert is an amazing mix of coffee and vanilla bean flavors. We gave this Italian classic a little twist by adding a scoop of Nutella between the ice cream. Don't let the fancy name fool you, this one is super simple!
A few hours before serving, scoop softened vanilla ice cream onto a baking sheet and pla… keep reading darling...

When I think of a luncheon, I think of subpar chicken salad and that scene from The Help where the group of frenemies get together to play bridge and catch up on the latest gossip. Today, we are ditching the bridge and subpar chicken salad, keeping the gossip, and having a fun and modern lunch with the ladies!
Okay, okay, I am making a chicken salad, but this one is far from subpar! This recipe was inspired by the famous McCarthy chopped salad at The Bever… keep reading darling...

A twist on our grandmother's classic, this is a great drink for entertaining. There is no better way to greet your guests than with this summery citrus treat.
Start by zesting the lemons and oranges
Next, juice the lemons and oranges and set aside. If squeezing by hand, don't worry about the seeds, you will strain the entire mixture later.
Make a simple syrup by combining the… keep reading darling...

Keeping with the ladies who lunch theme, we made this table super feminine using lots of pinks and purples.
Paying attention to the details can make even a casual daytime lunch feel like a five star experience!
I love using white plates to serve guests, especially with a colorful salad like we are making today. My favorite thing about these plates is that they are simple pottery and can be … keep reading darling...

It's hard to beat sweet summer corn, but I think I found a way... add this chili lime butter and I'm pretty sure we have a top 10 summer side dish!
Flavored butters are so simple to make and really add a special touch to any dish. This one is just some lime zest and chili powder.
Mix up the zest and chili powder with some room temperature salted butter and throw in a pinch of Kosher salt.
Now, you just need the corn!
